For those of you Verizon users, here are a couple of options to try in efforts to eliminate the email issues we've experienced:

OPTION 1

1. In Mail settings, on the Block tab, add secretary@marcusfootball.com email address to the ALLOW LIST.

2. On the Filter tab, create a filter to always move mail from secretary@marcusfootball.com address to the Inbox.

OPTION 2

1. Go to "netmail.verizon.net" on the web

2. Login to the verizon netmail website

3. On the left-hand side of the login webpage, there is a list of e-mail options... click on "SpamDetector"

4. On the left-hand side of the page under the "My Settings" header, at the bottom, click on "Mail"

5. Click on the "Blocking" tab across the top of Mail Setup page

6. At the bottom of the page, there is a section to list "Safe e-mail addresses" which verizon will treat as a trusted source.

7. Type in Kim Silva's e-mail address: kgs4kids1@tx.rr.com and then

8. click "Add"

9. I also added the e-mail address: secretary@marcusfootball.com
    

By the way, last week verizon did a big overhaul on their email program which is possibly the reason why now some of you are experiencing email problems

It seems that all Verizon emails starting on 9/17 are bouncing back to me as not deliverable and it takes about 4days for them to bounce, this is a change from first of July when they were not receiving my emails but I didn't know it. Not sure if Verizon upgraded and the settings have been changed but all Verizon email users need to go back in and ok my email or better yet call Verizon.
