 To create a world class organization of members and fans who are passionately committed to the mission of the Marcus Football Program.

This will be accomplished through our commitment to excellence in the following 5 areas.

1)Friday Night Coordination - Everything we do as a club boils down to Friday nights.  Our vision is to make Friday nights a memorable experience for fans and the team.  We will accomplish this through a coordinated and organized effort between all parties involved.  These parties are High School, Sponsors, Coaches, Team, Band, Marquette’s, Cheerleaders, Trainers and the Crew.

2)Fundraising - The purpose of MFBC is to provide resources for our coaches and the players to help our team compete at the highest level.  2010 and the new stadium offers an extraordinary platform for sponsorship involvement.  We must think out of the box and do everything within our means to add new sponsors and maintain existing sponsors.  We want our sponsors to be proud and feel greatly appreciated for their support.

3) Branding - The Marcus brand must be consistent across the board.  The Marcus “M” along with “Yes We Can…Yes We Will” is our brand.  When people see this brand they must think of Purpose, Passion, Attitude, Effort, Excellence, along with the Marcus Tradition and a continued Commitment to Winning.

4) Outrageous Fan Support - The Booster Club must lead the way in fan support for all Marcus Football events.  We want to be known as having the rowdiest, loudest and proudest fans around.  This starts at Booster meetings and involves the coordinated efforts from all parties - from fundraisers and pep rallies to the grand finale on Friday nights.

5)No Down 3’rd Down - The best way we can help our team on Friday night is through fan excitement in the stands.  The Marcus Booster Club must lead the way by making No Down 3’rd Down a Marcus Tradition.  This will give our team extra confidence and could be a difference maker in tough games.
